1. Where We Deliver

We deliver across Pakistan. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are payable by the customer and will be shown at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden charges.

3. Order Confirmation

For your convenience, our team may contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. This helps us ensure your order reaches you smoothly. Please keep your phone reachable after placing an order.

4. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Once confirmed, your order is carefully packed and dispatched. Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your city and the courier's schedule. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

5. Payment — Cash on Delivery

• You pay when your parcel arrives — please keep the exact order amount ready.
• Please provide your correct phone number and complete delivery address so your order reaches you without delay.
• Please place a COD order only when you are ready to receive it.

6. Receiving Your Parcel

Our parcels are delivered according to the courier's applicable delivery and inspection policy. If parcel opening before payment is not available, we recommend recording a clear unboxing video from the moment you receive and open your parcel. This helps us resolve any issue quickly.

7. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, please coordinate with the courier to receive your parcel. Repeatedly refusing or not accepting confirmed COD orders may affect your ability to place future COD orders.
