Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with ROOH.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Delivery charges are payable by the customer and shown at checkout.
• Product images are for reference; slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order if a pricing error is discovered.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you confirm that your details — name, phone number and complete delivery address — are correct and complete. Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay when your parcel arrives.
• Please provide your correct phone number and complete delivery address so your order reaches you smoothly.
• Place a COD order only when you are ready to receive it.
• If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, please coordinate with the courier to receive your parcel.
• Repeatedly refusing or not accepting confirmed COD orders may affect your ability to place future COD orders.

5. Delivery & Parcel Inspection

Our parcels are delivered according to the courier's applicable delivery and inspection policy. If parcel opening before payment is not available, we recommend recording a clear unboxing video from the moment you receive and open your parcel — this helps us resolve any issue quickly.

6. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard exchange policy applies.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our full Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders. Key points:

• Issues (damaged, defective or wrong item) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Size exchanges are available within 48 hours for unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original tags and packaging.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind.

8. Limited Edition Designs

Many of our designs are produced in limited quantities. Once a design or size sells out, it may not be restocked. If an approved exchange is requested and the same size or design is unavailable, we'll help you find the most suitable available option.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the ROOH name, logo, designs, images and the tagline "Crafted with Soul" — is the property of ROOH and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to disrupt our services. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROOH's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
